That DFW to SFO flight has nothing on an Oprah book club. Old ladies with big jewelry dominate this flight. Kathy Lee Bates and Martha Stewart would have fitted right in. There must have been $8M in spa treatments and costume jewelry in the cabin. If I were asked to describe that flight in one word, it would be menopause.
