In a Jan. 5, 2010 update on Scout / Colorado Preps, Jeff Stroud reports:

Fralick’s work this season has gained the attention of multiple D1 schools looking for a versatile kicker/punter. According to Fralick, Colorado, Oklahoma State, Montana State, Kansas State and Boise State, as well as others, have all shown some interest.

Fralick is a teammate at Chatfield with CU Commit Kyle Slavin.
