I know this will go down with great criticism, but I still think it would pay large dividends...hire Neuheisel purely for the sake of recruiting and give him some obligatory title. I look back at our '01 team that won the Big12 Championship, which was built on his senior class, and I like our talent.

I'd think you'd want a Head Coach thats a good manager and big picture guy...
Coordinators that are outstanding Xs and Os guys that can strategize and develope practice sessions...
Assistants that are lights out recruiters...
