I don't remember this comment by Embree, but even so the situation is a little different. Burnette is a guy who was fully qualified out of HS, enrolled in a 4-year school (Middle Tennessee State University) and went the Juco route (arizona western) for other reasons. That's not the type of academic risk coaches are talking about.

He's been ranked 3-stars by Rivals.
