If they don't review Johnny's film, he will be in the database as a 2* 5.4 for the signing day ratings.

With Kofavalu, was a risk from UCLA and Washington making a late push.
http://colorado.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1334760I don't know if I posted this back when Tupou committed to CU, but his uncle is former CU defensive tackle Vili Maumau. He played defensive tackle from 1994-97 for the Buffaloes and in the NFL with the Broncos.
To my untrained eye, from what I saw at the reruiting luncheon, this kid is my bet for the frosh most likely to get PT on the DL this year. He's big enough, and showed moves other than just an overpowering bull rush. A lot of superior HS DT's don't develop much else because they ar edominant at HS. Tupou had some nce alternate moves (swims etc.) The other DT's are going to be good too, but Tupou looks off the shelf ready to play to me.

Kid needs a nickname already. The Tatooin' Tupou?
tomorrow.Pads were on today right? I can't/won't contain my love for the big boys that are sorely needed!
I'll hold back on my nickname demands until he blows up a CSU RB in the hole for a 3 yard loss.
