I am usually wrong on these types of things so I am going to guess and say he is an Okie Light lock.
 
would rather have him at OkieLite if we can't get him than at UCLA and have him kill us for 4 years.

If the "reported" time is Eastern, then it's a bit more understandable since that would be 2:30 pm on the other coast. He'd still be in hs, etc., and that's a pretty common place for this to happen. If the announce time is Pacific, then this makes no sense at all even considering possible espin coverage.

6:30 Eastern = 3:30 Pacific

There's a pretty good chance that we'll find out from sources that he has faxed his LOI in earlier in the day (to CU or elsewhere). Unfortunately, if we get that info we'll have to post it in the Barzil AB member area out of respect for Jacobs not wanting to make his decision public until his announcement party.

Allbuffs upsell. I had to laugh this week because my renewal is up, therefore my AB anniversary (like many others I'm sure) is on or around signing day.

I guess I should ask of all you wise AllBuffers - where do commits get the hats for NLOI day? Do the recruits have to provide those themselves?
