Rivals committment page shows him as signed. Can't link from my phone.
Think that's premature. He isn't announcing for a little bit still.
Think this is what bombay was talking about. We'll see if it holds true.

It really looks like Rivals jumped the gun. On the cubuffs.com site it shows profiles and everyone is on there that we've known to have signed so far but Miller isn't listed yet.
