I believe if these two stay committed through 2017, you will have:
Fields, Winfree, Ross, Huntley and these two that all had abundant Power 5 offers.
You then have Ento, Bobo, Walker, Jan, MacIntyre and Rakestraw.

You have two guys in Lee and Julmisse that can play both slot and RB. Ummm, they are where they need to be already and if they add two guys of this caliber yearly just going to stay rich at WR.

The Buffs now must start getting people at positions they lack that level of talent at: Everywhere else
