Hmmm, late bloomer, from 6'2" to 6'6" in a year, C.Spgs....reminds me of someone....Derrick something.....Late bloomer? Looks like a really good signing
Told this story in another thread-but I'll throw it here for good measure. One of the guys I officiate with saw Clifford, LOB, and TJ Bamba during the winter-I asked him at Lincoln right before the end of the regular season who he thought was the best.....and he said Clifford and it wasn't that close.
Any thoughts on Baye Fall, Julian Hammond, or Jalen Weaver? It seems like Baye Fall may be a recruit to put on everyone's radar.
Coming on strong:
Dominique Clifford
. We were not able to see near as much of the Colorado-bound two guard as others in the class, but we saw enough to elevate him to four-star status and into the final Rivals150. He’s got very good size, is a shifty scorer and can catch fire from deep. He needs strength and maybe some time to adjust to Pac-12 competition, but the Buffaloes may have found a sleeper from right inside their state.
Disagree. It's absolutely worth it in basketball. Games don't have the same value (there's more of them), csu is usually decent, and it's about the most fun the crowd gets.Do we for sure play them next year?
Just like football, it is not worth it to play them
Looks like he will end up at CSU
It’s a no brainer for basketball. Cheap travel and cost of game, good crowd, they’re in a solid conference. Never in football. Always in hoops.Disagree. It's absolutely worth it in basketball. As long as they're at least a Quad2 game that year. Usually are, so it works. I wish we could also play DU and UNC every year but they've mostly been NET killers, so it's hard to do it.It’s a no brainer for basketball. Good luck to Nique, he will not get drafted, but hope he gets a summer league / camp spot somewhere.
He didn’t even mention CU. Eff that traitorGood luck to Nique, he will not get drafted, but hope he gets a summer league / camp spot somewhere.
Feels like someone that can go to Europe like so many of our other talented, but not quite NBA Buffs.
