2012 Colorado Basketball Game thread: Colorado @ UW

What is it with Colorado teams and referees? I mean, it seems like a god damned hate fest.
 
Thanks. Listening on the radio it sounded like Ski was getting abused and then called for the foul. Guess not.
 
Zero confidence this team wins in Pullman. It's a road game, so we'll presumably have no leadership, no fire, and show nothing but lazy apathy.
 
We're close to being a good team, but a step out of place here, an inch too short there, a bit too slow to react. We're a half second tape delay type of team.
 
I knew we were in serious trouble when Washington started the 2nd half going something like 0-7 with a couple turnovers... and we only got a 3 point run out of that.
 
Lose at Wazzu and it's not even debatable that we're NIT bound IMO. Never seen a worse road team in my life.

We're on the road. Refs have called 12 fouls on Washington and 11 on us. If our announcers are trying to blame this on the refs, then they're complete ****ing idots.

23-31 deficit on the glass (giving up 15 offensive rebounds)
0-7 from 3pt range
5 assists with 8 turnovers (TOs not a problem but that assist number is atrocious)
3 points from our bench
 
Team is playing mentally and physically soft except for a few spurts here and there. Too much individual play.
 
Want to know the REAL problem? Our bench is averaging 9 pts per game including tonight. Now, take away the 11 Dre had against UCLA coming off the bench and the 15 Chen had versus Arizona and you have a bench averaging 3.8 pts per game. Pathetic. Personally, I believe Tad made a very big mistake redshirting Jenkins and Gordon. We have a ton of dead weight in the 7-12 positions.
