2013-14 CU MBB SOS Watch (OOC & Pac-12 Opponents)

Anyone got a 'reliable source" link that says the Pac 12 officially recognizes the tournament champ as the Pac 12 champ in MBB (as opposed to the best regular season record)? I'm having a "discussion" with a Dick ***** on another site and could use some ammunition.

The only "official" you need is that in 2012 Colorado was sent as the Pac-12 representative in the NCAA tournament instead of Washington. Conferences decide how they name their champion, not the NCAA.
