Is Clark on Florida too or something? Because he's the only one Flowers follows and the only coach who follows Flowers.

May be. Clark was the guy who was traveling outside the footprint to recruit those Georgia guys last cycle.

Another bigger WR with an offer list a mile long.

Going after a Cal commit from Brentwood...

Are recruits allowed to recruit each other? If so, do coaches try to get them kind of connected? For instance, if a kid from, say, Florida fell in love with CU and committed, could the staff encourage him to "recruit" other kids from, say, umm, Florida, for instance?

Yes, it happens a lot. CU would have to land a big fish down there to even start that conversation though.

Has anybody taken the time to work out if any of these new offers have been made to Leavitt "legacies?" It would seem to me that if say their older brother, cousin, hs coach, best friend's brother, etc, etc played for him at USF that we could have a better shot at landing them than it would at first appear.

California and Colorado are the only two states that will be able to recruit Florida on the west coast. Besides Oregon of course.

Utah signed a couple players in February, Oregon State signed five in February and has three in the fold for 2016, and Rich Rod has recruiting ties to the area.

Correction.

California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Washington are the only western states with Pac-12 programs that will be able to recruit Florida.

Don't forget Oregon

You're right. Oregon, too.

Edit: Having fun with it, but the truth is that CO and CA are stronger draws as "cool" states to folks on the east coast. Buffs are certainly committing more resources to FL than anyone by having 3 recruiters working the state.

Need to see results in this class from Florida.

I agree with the strategy. There are a lot of good athletes in that state that are passed over by UF/FSU/Miami. If you can just convince a few to leave the state and not "settle" for UCF or South Florida then it will be worth it.

Think it's worth mentioning Coach Leavitt is now on Twitter..
