Bold prediction (negative): We lose twice in Colorado this year.

Our streak vs U$C comes to an end this year!
We have been so
Damn close, and it's happening this year possibly when the Trojans roll in undefeated.
Oh and we win 7 games
That's my prediction dammit!

Bold prediction (negative): Montez throws three or more picks in at least two games.

Yikes. It seems like forever since we had a reliable kicker. The last guy I remember being good was the kicker under Barnett who missed a game because one of his prof's wouldn't grade a paper early. I think that guy was headed to dental school too.
Ummm did you miss the Mason Crosby years?

Bold prediction (positive): Beat UW with Gameday in Boulder

Bold prediction (negative): unexplicable losses vs ASU and OSU

Duff with what I think is a really bold prediction of a win at WSU. Did their D really lose that much?

I think they were somewhat fortunate with their conference schedule last year. They got Oregon and ASU game after we had beaten each time. They caught both teams when they were reeling (Stanford too).

Basically, I think they were not as bad as the opening loss to Eastern Washington suggested, but also not as good as their 7-0 start in Pac-12 suggested either.

All that said, it's damn difficult to beat a talented and experienced senior QB on the road.

Undefeated

Frazier

Frazier

Stephanou (Aussie kicker)

Buffs top rated offense in nation

Rick George takes job at somewhere else

CSU, TSU, UNC: 3 W's
USC, UW: 1 W
@ UCLA, @WSU: 1 W
UA, Cal: 2 W's
@ASU, @OSU: 1 W

8-4

Get over the hump by beating 1 of 2 Top 10 teams we should be playing at home. Win 1 of 2 against solid veteran QB teams on the road. Drop a winnable road game against the bottom of the Pac -> and then learn from this to set up next year.

I would be quite happy with this outcome.

Offensive player not named Phillip Lindsay most likely to earn all-conference honors: Bobo

Defensive player not named Isaiah Oliver most likely to earn all-conference honors: Gamboa

True freshman with biggest impact in 2017: Landman

Bold prediction (positive): Defense finishes in the Top 30 in least points given up

Bold prediction (negative): We share the ball so effectively on offense, no one really stands out as an All Conference Player, besides 3rd string honors for Montez, Irwin, and Lynott (is that really negative? Oh, well - It's koolaid time!).

Defensive player not named Isaiah Oliver most likely to earn all-conference honors: Fisher

True freshman with biggest impact in 2017: Shenault

Bold prediction (positive): Two 1,000 yard receivers (Ross, Fields)

Bold prediction (negative): Montez gets hurt, we see Noyer to finish the year, stirring a QB controversy going into 18'

i'll go ahead and pump some sunshine and say we have another year where things break in our favor:

CSU: W
Texas State: W
UNC: W
Washington: W
@UCLA: L
Arizona: W
@Oregon State: W
@ Washington State: L
Cal: W
@Arizona State: W
USC: W
@Utah: L

Final record: 9-3 and we finally beat the trojans.

Offensive player not named Phillip Lindsay most likely to earn all-conference honors: Irwin

Defensive player not named Isaiah Oliver most likely to earn all-conference honors: McCartney

True freshman with biggest impact in 2017: Shenault

Bold prediction (positive): Montez looks like the real deal; putting himself in the "elite" qb conversation.

Bold prediction (negative): We still don't up our recruiting rankings.

Teams losing conference games on the road is a thing you know...? It's not Utah love....it's playing the odds
the utes have a new QB a new offensive coordinator (thats a throw 1st guy) and thin at safety, and their starting tailback is already out for the season and that 30 year old kicker finally graduated / new kicker.

From what I gather he has a cannon and is pretty accurate once he actually gets the ball off the ground. However getting the ball up quick enough to avoid the rush appears to be an issue.

If we keep winning 9 or 10 games a year, I don't think anyone with a lick of sense is going to give a **** about our recruiting rankings. :D

I predict 8-4, but unlike others I am predicting big upsets of both UW and USC, but then having a few bad weeks and losing 2 games we should have been able to win.

6 wins. I want to go all Tini and predict more, but the changes in staff have me worried. I also don't think we all realize how special Sefo was.

The Buffs have a new QB, a new D coordinator, an unproven D, and their 30 year old kicker has no big time FB experience.

Bold prediction (positive): Lindsay goes over 2,000 yards from scrimmage.

Bold prediction (negative): There will be a QB controversy at some point this season and even bigger in the off season. Noyer gets some time this season. Lytle develops big time physically over the year and ready for 2018. Wide open at QB competition in 2018. We lose 1 QB to transfer before Summer and its not Lytle.
