Hate to say it but I think Frost is gonna have pretty good success at Nebraska and the same with Mullen, they both just need a little time. But that still has to be a disappointing loss for UF yesterday at home. And if last night is any indication at all A&M's future is very bright.
But yea, bad start for Chip and both Taggart and Sumlin look lost.
Scott Frost hot seat?
North Carolina could be on the hook for over $10 million.
Fedora has lost 14 out of his last 18 games (the last time they were ranked in the top 25).

Frost will get at least a couple years of honeymoon because of how bad they have been and his husker bloodline.
Eventually though the unrealistic expectations will bring him down. kNU fans think they are one of the elite programs and expect those kinds of results. It isn't going to happen with them continuing to get beat up in the B1G and no longer being a prime destination for recruits.
Looks like Martinez is gonna be real good. I think Nebraska's future is bright.
Really?Nah. Frost like Kelly at NU will have a mulligan for this year.
If ASU surprises this year does it inspire other schools to look at more old retreads who have been out for awhile.
In the Pac-12, I'm not sure that Helton can survive an 8-win season. Less than 8 and I'm pretty sure he'd be gone.
Who could potentially be interested in Neal Brown after this year?
Agree. Satterfield likely to get local look too.North Carolina
USC, Georgia tech, North Carolina, Texas tech, Kansas look like they will all be open by the end of the season and that is before potential nfl poaching. It could get a little crazy if guys like Peterson, Shaw, Franklin, harbaugh decide they want to try it out in the pros.As of now, yes. But we know things change quickly.
On another note, this is a year where a school like Kansas State would probably have better options than normal, but they do not want to rip the band aid off.
Could Willie Taggart's seat possibly be heating up already?
Wasn’t really talking about us, just that these things somehow get crazy every year no matter how calm it appears before.I don't think the NFL poaching concerns us as you have to figure that we'd be in with the first wave and be done with our search before the NFL coaching carousel kicks into gear at the beginning of January.
Yes, but $21m buyout just for Taggart probably saves his job.
Just short of 400k for 2017, base of 500k now with his extension
Whatd they get for Jimbo leaving?
Thank you for keeping the discussion on this message board serious and on topic. Frivolous and silly discussion is unhelpful and counterproductive. How about we keep this thread to THIS SEASON'S coaching carousel? Dumb diatribes on Scott Frost are boring.

Okay well it doesn’t seem like it.Yes.
I just see no reason to wait to upgrade this staff. Loyalty will get you beat.Okay well it doesn’t seem like it.
Definitely a possibility, I just always saw him at that guy who shouldn’t have got then job in the first place who would sort of weather the scholarship storm they had there while bringing in some talent since he was such a good recruiter. Now that things are stabilized they can bring in someone more qualified, especially with a new as there. If KU wins a conference game, I could see Beaty staying. 3 wins is a big step for that program.
