2018 Media Days

I'm saying you don't win at the level they do, playing the style they play, with the recruits they get, if you do it the right way.
So they win at a high level, with less heralded recruits, by running the ball well and playing great defense, and that somehow means they’re doing it the wrong way? Please explain.

Steroids is the obvious implication here.

Figured. I guess we’ll forget about the 7 OL they have in the league (as of 2017 season), and guys like JJ Watt, Melvin Gordon, Corey Clement, etc. I’m sure all those guys, especially Watt, Joe Thomas, Ryan Ramcyck, and Travis Fredrick were all big time PED users.

I would definitely say Watt is a prime suspect. Just like Clay Matthews, there was a reason they weren't highly thought of. Same for younger Watt.

FYI, my radar goes up anytime a team wins with low rates guys and somehow starts turning a bunch of them into NFL players.

Stanford under Harbaugh comes to mind.

So basically, you’re just speculating that there is some kind of steroid ring conspiracy that spans like 30 years and 4 different coaching staffs?

I think Barry Alvarez had some some issues as AD, but I don't think that had anything to do with the players or performance. If I were going to single out a team for actually doing it the right way, I probably would have picked Wisconsin

As I mentioned in my post #39 in the last page, wasn't sure if the press conferences with the coaches were going to be streamed or not.

Looks like they are going to be shown at https://pac-12.com/live/pac-12-live-press-conferences (along with possibly other sites such as Youtube, Twitter and Facebook).

Cal's coach is 1st and on now. As also mentioned in my earlier post, the Buffs are scheduled for 2:00 PM MT for their (or maybe just Coach MM?) press conference, and 2:30 for Pac 12 Network TV.

I'm saying their is a whole bunch of steroid use in college football. The NCAA's testing program is a couple steps below a joke.
