They should probably be careful, because they will still have Title 9 to deal with. If they increase scholarship limits to 95 (which includes full cost of attendance), I'm guessing there will need to be increases in spending in, and possibly the addition of, additional sports.
 
We have been on this train for a long time. The NCAA is more ineffective each passing year. It’s only a matter of time before some conference (I’m guessing the SEC) decides it wants to follow its own rules and tells the NCAA to pound sand. The other big conferences will quickly follow suit, and the NCAA will become a governing body for small school athletics only.

That's a good point. You can bully the NCAA, not sure you can bully the DOJ.
