I think Helton is only the coach of SC next year if he wins the Pac 12Whoa, not unexpected, but still. Clay Helton just had his seat warm a little. He better win.
Seeing as how CU has never beaten SC, how can it get worse?Has the potential to be bad for us. Really don't want to deal with Urban Meyer at USC
Wilcox can coach.Udub as 2 TD favorites at home lose to the California Golden Bears. That’s two years in a row for Justin Wilcox and his team/staff against his old boss pete.

Under Helton they've pooped the bed against everyone else so even while they beat the pee out of us, they don't win the division.
So CU will have to make a real commitment to winning championships if we want to compete? Sounds good.
I remember South Carolina fans saying something similar when Dabo started picking up steam in Clemson. Be careful what you wish for.
Chasing USC in the Pac-12 is pretty normal. Counting on them to be down forever is not really a sound strategy.
Not like there is not plenty of opportunity for CU to move way up the pecking order in the South, regardless of what USC does. Lots of improvements to be made.
Of course USC would bounce back eventually, but I was hoping Mel Tucker could make hay while the sun shines with USC and UCLA being dreadful for a couple more years. Would have been a nice jump-start for this program.
His candidacy is taking off like a [oops] on the freeway!I really think OJ should take a stab at the USC AD job.
His candidacy is taking off like a bronco on the freeway!
Ya, he'd kill it there.I really think OJ should take a stab at the USC AD job.
Honestly, he'd fit like a glove in that position.I really think OJ should take a stab at the USC AD job.
Goddamn it Wilner shut the **** upWilner thinks U$C should call Rick George

And I will be pissed and anxious every single timeRick George is going to come up as a candidate at every open AD position in the country at some point or another, just like Mel Tucker will come up as a candidate at every open HC position at big time programs, if CU football gets turned around.
You mean we're gonna have to beat sc eventually?UCLA will be down. Arizona schools look shaky. Like I said, the opportunities are there.
