2019: Recruiting News, Notes & Visitors

Btw, and it shouldn't come as a surprise, but Chev is the one who offered Luke McCaffrey. Significant, not only because he seems to be our best recruiter, but because his son obviously plays there with him and has probably developed a solid relationship with the McCaffrey kids.
 
I'll create a profile for Luke, he can ball already. He destroyed Poudre last weekend in the Fort.

“It was coach [Darrin] Chiaverini that I talked to directly. He just said he’d love to have me there, just congratulating me on my offer, talking about the school,” McCaffrey said of landing a recent CU offer, his first. “Any time an in-state school is interest in me that’s an incredible thing. Especially now with their program on the rise, they’re starting to get a lot of good players. The fact that CU is looking at me, I’m very honored.”

Buffs offered instate 19' qb Tye Evans from Monument . The guys video looks great. 31/5 td/int as a sophomore. Has an absolute canon for an arm. Csu offered too. He'll get major offers from around the country imo. Hope we can lock him down. His game reminds of Brett Favre. Super strong arm, can scramble a bit and makes some incredibly quick throws in tight spaces.
