In his uniform, EB look like a tough Teddy Bear. W/o a shirt, he just looks tough. I didn't realize he was that lean and muscular. Whole squad looks very fit. They have a different S&C guy than football?

True. Then add in, that he said he knew he had to avoid a goaltending call, so let it fall below the rim, before putting it down. Instead of smashing that ball in, in the heat and excitement of the moment, he had the intelligence and awareness to put on his mental brakes, and make that added move.
I agree, one of the best Buff plays ever.
I think they should schedule a match between Tad and Andy in the octagon, I'd buy it. 
He was about 15 ft from the rim when Kin’s shot went up. He followed the shot and timed his run to the rim just absolutely perfectly. At the same time the SC guys were standing under the rim sort of mesmerized by the shot hitting the rim and bouncing out, waiting for the ball to come to them.
Don’t wait for the ball to come to you, kids. Go to the ball. That’s true in every sport that involves a ball.

If you look closely Peterson totally grabs Schwartz' elbow from behind with his left hand on that dunk follow-through, while his right arm is pushing the back of his head. It could have been whistled as an and-one for a possible 3 point play. Refs let it go, just like they should have for any incidental contact involving McKinley on that next steal. Enfield's bitching is getting old. Wonder if he now regrets calling that rub-it-in-their-faces timeout 4 years ago or whenever it was.

Just those last few seconds of the game showed that Tad is a better coach than that asshole. Schwartz had been 'trained' to go to the where the ball is going to be on that rebound and dunk. The condoms were just standing and watching.

Edit: And the play to get Kin open with little time on the shot clock (didn't have to leave time on the clock for an offensive rebound, because there was three seconds left upon clock reset). Evan knew to set a screen there. Kin almost made that.

Two things: Even if Kin hadn’t deflected that pass at the end (which was a brilliant play), Eaddy would have been catching it at a full sprint heading out of bounds and would have had to throw up a prayer. Great play design, Andy, you douchebag.
Also, someone mentioned it earlier but enough can’t be said about what Key did when Kin was out. He’s pretty goddam fearless. Always looking to create. Has good handles and vision for a freshman with limited opportunities. And maybe a better 3pt shooter than Kin. That was a tough spot to be put in and he responded big time. He was a real leader in that stretch.
I like this kid, I’m not worried about PG next year. Probably need a grad transfer but as a backup to Key.

His team is soft, which is how the Buffs outrebounded the "longest team in the country" thrice this season. But, according to raggedy Andy, as quoted by the LA Times, his team lost because the Buffs' had a lucky shooting night:

The Pac12 executives should be embarrassed for awarding the coach of the year to a guy who lost 3 times to a team that was projected to finish 7th, employs a father on his staff in order to sign two players and is less than 2 years removed for having institutional violations in his program.

I think there's a lot to be learned about whether Key can become an average penetrator and finisher/kicker. Our 3-point shooting isn't the only reason we've avoided dry spells this year. Kin is really good when he's in the paint.
Has the same quality Kyrie does, not at that level, but ya get it.
I’d say they hit a couple of pretty low percentage 3’s to make it as close as it was. Crazy that we only shot a bit above 40% for the game but around 50% from three. He could call that lucky. I’d call it unlucky that we missed 5 or 6 bunnies.
They DO pay him and his brother, through his dad, who is a coach on the staff! Indirect payment in my opinion!
