Tad out of a timeout with a drawn-up play has to be the worst in the conference! I would rather just give it or keep it in Kin's hands and make it up on the fly rather than call a Timeout.

I have watched 75% of this season and have NEVER seen a smooth play coming out of a timeout where a basket was needed or required (due to shot clock) the entire season! Tad is supposed to design the play, and then demand it be executed. The top couple of plays should be practiced all the time. Nothing beats having your BEST player throwing the ball in?
