Not 100% sure on this one***, but per the article in the below link, the Buffs are 1 of 4 teams (LSU, UCLA and WSU being the others) who have offered this WR (HUDL also lists S) from Los Angeles (Cathedral HS). (***247 doesn't show any offers for him as I write this.)

If Coach Mike has another strong 2021 by landing a nice OLB prospect or two, he’ll be due for a promotion or he is likely to be poached.
Announced a Top 5 of Arizona State, Michigan, Texas A&M, LSU and Utah in November.
