Well to be honest Eddie Mac had a bigger recruiting budget at Valor along with nicer facilities and bigger crowds.

They pay well but any coach worth mentioning knows that is a dead end job.
You will always be in Osborn's shadow, they will not and cannot attract the kind of talent needed to compete with the top programs in the B1G, and the fans still have an illusion that they are an elite program so anything short of conference championships will never be good enough.

VJ now considered one of the top DCs in the NFL. EB a Super Bowl winning OC mentioned for NFL HC jobs.
Don't care if Mickey Joseph is the head coach there. The only way that either of those two would even consider going to Nebraska would be as a head coach and that with massive guarantees attached.
