I love Coach Kap.
I don't see paying him $1M per, but I also don't know that his market value is still that high for his next contract.

I don't think anybody on that staff has a very high market value right now.
Feels like Narduzzi, Elko and Leipold should be the leaders from this group. Jonathan Smith is also probably going to get a really long look for this job but with no real ties to the region, feels like a long shot.
Especially since Smith is an Oregon State alumn.
That too, but it'll be interesting to see the loyalty when 10 years, $100m is put in front of him
