2025 NCAA Tournament Games Thread

Yeah they play really good defense but you have 20 points with 16 minutes to go? Jesus Christ. It's not like they haven't had looks.

If Auburn wins, it's only the 2nd time the Final Four is all 1-seeds. Happened 40 years ago in the 1985 tourney.

Tad Boyle’s Michigan State had a 6-minute scoring drought and then his Auburn team had a 5-minute one. He’s gotta go.
I think about how Tennessee only scored 15 first half points and how years ago Rick Barnes' Texas team with KD & DJ Augustin didn't reach the Sweet 16 and the only logical response to that is #FireTad.

This is gonna get shady. P4 school pays vendor for services. Vendor contributes to collective to circumvent cap.

I didn’t know where to put this (or was too lazy to look). Interesting stuff…

Yea I mentioned this in another thread. In fact whoever I heard it from on the radio may have very well been referencing this article. But it makes sense with schools in the BE not having football to give money to.

Comments about Pitino and Willard were interesting. And the speculation turned out to be correct.

The other funny thing about survivor pools this year, is the NCAA had opposite sides of the bracket play on the same day. The top two seeds, Duke and Florida, played on Saturday. You had to pick one of them, which means you can't pick them again. And that means if there is a Duke-Florida final, it is impossible to have a pick for the finals, and everyone on both sides will draw. Same conundrum with Houston-Auburn, but fewer people were playing that way.
