Was going to say I am impressed by him, but his intelligence appears to be a challenge. Just run the same 10 plays

I wonder though how much Juju can grow in the next 4 months? He is such a bright future and can be the leader of a championship team, and while he looked 17 years old, he could possibly work his ass off and win the job.

Remember, Juju isn’t just an early enrollee. He’s a (should have another entire year of high school left) early enrollee.

Do you think Salter looked like he was comfortable running the show out there? Looking slightly better than a 17 yo true frosh in your 4th year is not what we need.

Yeah actually, he did.

9/12 passing. Would have broken off some huge runs if we were actually playing a real game.

Maybe you need to rewatch.

Pretty clear Salter is leagues ahead if Juju at the moment…and that’s with him not knowing the plays

It was against the #2 D, a few who will be in the portal. Meanwhile, the 17 year freshman was going against the 1's. Juju had zero time to go through reads. CP spoke with reporters after the scrimmage and said "we need at least one tackle and guard, and 2 centers". He also said " we need 2 Safeties, 2 CB's, a few DL, 1 stud WR and a TE or two.

I noticed the frustration on the sidelines with the penalties and play calling for sure. he's got a better arm than I mistakenly thought. lots of work to do. and we need some more OL and such.

very vanilla. that's cool.

juju will be just fine--- we don't know what timeline was promised. since he got here so early, I'd be surprised if he was named the starter right now.

this sounds just about spot-on. CP calling it like he sees it.
