With Olympic Training Center so close, I guess it's not surprising Tad & Co. were there- but surprising to me the 3 guys 247Sports article below lists CU interest in:
#6 Tajh Ariza - 6'8 elite wing, reminds me of Cody some, including has played some Point Guard.
#12 Cameron Holmes - 6'6 lefty Wing that has played 1-3 spots

I’ll say it again: Ariza, Holmes & Adkins are some seriously first-rate ‘26 guys to go after - out of the gate! Maybe just ‘cause Tad & Co. were in Colorado Springs w/ these guys when date allowing outreach to ‘26 guys happened? But serious home-runs:

The Class of 2028 is making their way up into high school and I think it is safe to say that Dylan Betts of Englewood (Colo.) Cherry Creek will be a big-time name that we will be following for the years to come.
He is a near seven-footer with tremendous length and while he is young with and his body is still physically maturing, he has a frame that should be able to carry plenty of muscle as he continues to grow.
The size and length aren't the only impressive attributes of Betts as he also has great hands and touch with both hands around the rim, already possessing some skill as well as the ability to block shots on defense.
Betts has tremendous upside and he comes from a serious family of athletes. His father played professionally; his mother was an All-American volleyball player while his sisters are also basketball stars. His oldest sister Laruen was the class of 2022's No. ranked high school player and just completed an All-Pac 12 season at UCLA. His other sister Sienna, is currently the No. 2 ranked player in the class of 2025.
There's a bright future ahead of Dylan and likely one that is closely monitored on the national scale. He finished with 15 points, nine rebounds and three blocks in this one.

While he didn't rise up a significant number of spots, what makes Toni Bryant one of the biggest risers is the fact that he earned his fifth star. The 6-foot-9 power forward had an impressive spring and summer showcasing his ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor.
He has prototypical size and length but is also a great athlete who is exceptionally mobile and quick off the ground, pairing well with his very high motor. Bryant utilizes his tools to his advantage making for a high-level rebounder, an impactful rim protector, and a switch defender. He has a budding offensive skillset.
In time, Bryant can develop his offensive game to make shots off the catch and pull while continuing to own mismatches on the block by scoring over both shoulders and vertically spacing the floor as a lob-catcher.
Recruitment: Bryant holds offers from Kansas, Louisville, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio State, Houston, Tennessee and many others.

Big Picture on '26 Recruiting news (current Top-20?)
1) Top-3 Home runs:
1.1) Toni Bryant first CU offer: elite 2-way power forward from Florida that averaged close to 10 blocks in HS and Summer Ball, seems like way long shot?
1.2) David Adkins: another elite 2-way PF from same Texas program (Faith Family Academy) as Doryan Onwuchekwa, maybe more of a chance than Bryant?
1.3) Tajh Ariza: Elite 6'8 wing, similar to Cody Williams, Tajh had some initial interest in CU as Tad more willing to play him some at 1-spot (1 & 3 spots seem to be Ariza's preference), but he has become Top-5-type-recruit so much earlier than Cody that it may be putting him out of CU's reach?
2) Elite 6'6 wing shooters w/ elite motors:
2.1) Cameron Holmes - 6'6 lefty Wing that has played 1-3 spots, elite shooter, tough defender, but Holmes playing more like a Top-20 guy, than Top-50 may be quickly putting him out of CU's range? These first 4 guys may continue to have some natural in-face contact with Tad on Colorado Springs Olympics Teams?
2.2) Bo Ogden- initially listed CU in top schools pursuing him, but left CU off more recent list of top schools. Top-50 type guy, maybe more likely to stay a top CU target? Top 3 currently: Purdue, SMU, & Texas- where his father is General Manger for Longhorn men. But doesn't seem committed to staying home in Austin?
3) da Silva/Rancik-like Combo Forward (at 3 & 4 spots) w/ elite Guard-like Offensive games:
3.1) Gavin Placide- Colorado Native/ Kansas Sunrise Christian HS this last year (and probably next year), after 1 year at Utah Prep has kept him close to CU recruiting efforts? Sleek perimeter scoring package, has been showing more toughness/ inside scoring/ rebounding, which probably bode-well for increasing national recruiting? Gotta believe Gavin stays as CU's top target, even if he moves into Top-50 versus Top-75, as Gavin is top Colorado kid in '26, but also Tad probably needs at least 1-2 Forwards/Bigs in '26 with current guard-heavy roster?
3.2) Cam Williams- St Mary's in Arizona, recruiting taking off, pushing him into Top-40 range, may push him out of CU's range, but D further along than Gavin?
3.3) JuJu Ervin - 6'8 in '25 class from Washington state may have to take a Grad Year at Prep School (or maybe Juco, liike his brother Jacori, who also has great perimeter game for big 6'11 guy) as JuJu as just not getting recruited for '25. But did have early contact from CU, & classic long/2-way/stretch-4 Tad-type?
4) More realistic Power Forward options; than 3 Home-Runs in section 1?
4.1) Aliou Dioum preping last year (& probably this coming year) in Arizona seems to have decreased X-Twitter-chatter about CU interest? Also he doesn't seem as attached to Colorado as home-base, as he didn't live in Denver long before more to Arizona. But long & tough enough to play 4 & 5 spots in 5-out with his strong inside/out game seems to make him clear Tad-type forward? Top-100? Reminds me of Colorado-kid Baye Ndongo, now at Georgia Tech, that Tad chased hard?
4.2) Sam Flemming- Top-100, Massachusetts kid, high character & IQ, tough D, perimeter O, gotta think Tad-Ball traits will get him on CU radar? @jiggy_sammm
4.3) Gallagher Placide- haven't heard any real chatter on CU interest for Gavin's less heralded twin brother, but gotta think there's some possibility there? I may be dismissing Gallagher too quickly, as interview with both twins showed pretty intense sibling-rivalry? But maybe there were just having a day of dissing each other?
4.4) Jed-Ethan Nansha- Another '25 guy from Dallas, prepping in Arizona, that may move to '26 year, but JuJu Ervin with more CU-interest than D-1st Nansha?

Big Picture on '26 Recruiting news (current Top-20?)
1) Top-3 Home runs:
1.1) Toni Bryant first CU offer: elite 2-way power forward from Florida that averaged close to 10 blocks in HS and Summer Ball, seems like way long shot?
1.2) David Adkins: another elite 2-way PF from same Texas program (Faith Family Academy) as Doryan Onwuchekwa, maybe more of a chance than Bryant?
1.3) Tajh Ariza: Elite 6'8 wing, similar to Cody Williams, Tajh had some initial interest in CU as Tad more willing to play him some at 1-spot (1 & 3 spots seem to be Ariza's preference), but he has become Top-5-type-recruit so much earlier than Cody that it may be putting him out of CU's reach?
2) Elite 6'6 wing shooters w/ elite motors:
2.1) Cameron Holmes - 6'6 lefty Wing that has played 1-3 spots, elite shooter, tough defender, but Holmes playing more like a Top-20 guy, than Top-50 may be quickly putting him out of CU's range? These first 4 guys may continue to have some natural in-face contact with Tad on Colorado Springs Olympics Teams?
2.2) Bo Ogden- initially listed CU in top schools pursuing him, but left CU off more recent list of top schools. Top-50 type guy, maybe more likely to stay a top CU target? Top 3 currently: Purdue, SMU, & Texas- where his father is General Manger for Longhorn men. But doesn't seem committed to staying home in Austin?
3) da Silva/Rancik-like Combo Forward (at 3 & 4 spots) w/ elite Guard-like Offensive games:
3.1) Gavin Placide- Colorado Native/ Kansas Sunrise Christian HS this last year (and probably next year), after 1 year at Utah Prep has kept him close to CU recruiting efforts? Sleek perimeter scoring package, has been showing more toughness/ inside scoring/ rebounding, which probably bode-well for increasing national recruiting? Gotta believe Gavin stays as CU's top target, even if he moves into Top-50 versus Top-75, as Gavin is top Colorado kid in '26, but also Tad probably needs at least 1-2 Forwards/Bigs in '26 with current guard-heavy roster?
3.2) Cam Williams- St Mary's in Arizona, recruiting taking off, pushing him into Top-40 range, may push him out of CU's range, but D further along than Gavin?
3.3) JuJu Ervin - 6'8 in '25 class from Washington state may have to take a Grad Year at Prep School (or maybe Juco, liike his brother Jacori, who also has great perimeter game for big 6'11 guy) as JuJu as just not getting recruited for '25. But did have early contact from CU, & classic long/2-way/stretch-4 Tad-type?
4) More realistic Power Forward options; than 3 Home-Runs in section 1?
4.1) Aliou Dioum preping last year (& probably this coming year) in Arizona seems to have decreased X-Twitter-chatter about CU interest? Also he doesn't seem as attached to Colorado as home-base, as he didn't live in Denver long before more to Arizona. But long & tough enough to play 4 & 5 spots in 5-out with his strong inside/out game seems to make him clear Tad-type forward? Top-100? Reminds me of Colorado-kid Baye Ndongo, now at Georgia Tech, that Tad chased hard?
4.2) Sam Flemming- Top-100, Massachusetts kid, high character & IQ, tough D, perimeter O, gotta think Tad-Ball traits will get him on CU radar? @jiggy_sammm
4.3) Gallagher Placide- haven't heard any real chatter on CU interest for Gavin's less heralded twin brother, but gotta think there's some possibility there? I may be dismissing Gallagher too quickly, as interview with both twins showed pretty intense sibling-rivalry? But maybe there were just having a day of dissing each other?
4.4) Jed-Ethan Nansha- Another '25 guy from Dallas, prepping in Arizona, that may move to '26 year, but JuJu Ervin with more CU-interest than D-1st Nansha?
5) YES, Tad does recruit Elite Pt Guards! (see '24 Trent Perry & Zoom Diallo; '25 Fleming, Easter, Green; '25 ComboGs Muldrew, Kayden Edwards, Ruff, Burries)

Opps, Colorado PGs Christian Williams & Cameron Waithe-Cunningham @Cam1cunningham are BOTH in 2027 class (not '26 class).
I would add Anthony "LJ" Andrews @Lj_Andrew3 to JuJu Ervin & Jed-Ethan Nansha, as 3 PFs that may take Grad Year & re-class to '26? Maybe new norm for kids under Top-150 to not get recruited as much until April/May before HS Graduation? As schools waiting to see Portal losses & additions? +Grad Years getting common?
