Honest Question... if a recruit gets paid, let's say $500k up front for NIL, then bolts for another school 5 months later that offers $700k, does the player owe the 500k back for his own Name, Image and Likeness?
If he’s a cu recruit he gets the money instantly. If he’s a TAMU recruit that money is going to lawyers.
Nobody is getting paid up front probably for that exact reason

Yes, and I am doubtful that this particular prep OT is a year one starter. Maybe, maybe not year 2 starter. If it’s about Shedeur then NIL money might be better spent elsewhere. It it’s about a four or five year investment then it mihjt be money well spent.
