My son has had 2 classmates diagnosed with a form of Lymphoma. Both were during their Freshman years, one in the summer before school, the other in the winter. Both are recovered and playing sports. Caught early it is very treatable.
Don't have any idea of what his family situation is and frankly it is none of my business.

Glad to know though that for this young man because of being part of the CU football team he has access to a highly professional training staff who recognized that this was an issue needing attention and that he will have access and the support of a state of the art medical team that will give him the best chance for a rapid and complete recovery.

As a parent I can't imagine dealing with this kind of news about one of my kids. So much easier for me, even with routine stuff when I am sick instead of one of my loved ones, feel for this young man's parents dealing with this kind of news.

Love to hear him say that the docs are telling him it’s treatable. That’s what my docs said and they were right. Celebrating a year of remission and praying for the the same result for Nikhil. Love that Prime is working to surround him with a support system. That’s critical for getting through chemo.
