Mad respect that you were able to easily pull this out. These magazines are a long gone, but not forgotten era of pure joy.Greg Jones was a 5 star before the Rivals and 247 era made stars a thing. He was good, but he never quite lived up to his potential. Came out of high school around 200 lbs (not the 215 listed in this) and never put on the muscle to be great. #2 LB and #20 overall in the 1992 class according to Tom Lemming.

Edit: My recollection is that he never cracked 230 in college, but Wikipedia claims that his NFL playing weight was 248. Played 6 years in the league.

No way that's a senior in HS, looking like Patrick Willis in a Buffs jersey
He's actually only about 215 in that picNo way that's a senior in HS, looking like Patrick Willis in a Buffs jersey
He does not look like Patrick Willis. But the Jersey looks good I agreeNo way that's a senior in HS, looking like Patrick Willis in a Buffs jersey
If you're disagreeing with me I must be doing something rightHe does not look like Patrick Willis. But the Jersey looks good I agree
Deleted. What was itI missed this post from him:
He was maybe the biggest athletic freak I have seen up close. I believe he won state in the 110 hurdles his senior year of HS. He was a legit 245 in college and would just run by OT’s all the time. Nike did a commercial for him, remember the “Congratulations to Greg Jones for tackling Barry Sanders” commercial?Greg Jones was a 5 star before the Rivals and 247 era made stars a thing.
