Is there a specific age that someone has to be to declare for the NFL draft, or is it simply 3 years out of HS?

So like, say a kid goes works his ass off to graduate at 16 in 2025, could he play 2025, 2026, and 2027, declare for the draft at 18, and play in the NFL in 2028 at 19 years old?

I know Juju will be 18 next fall, but I'm just curious how that all works.

NFL doesn't have a minimum age. It's just 3 years removed from HS.
