I would bet on him staying at guard, but 2 of the best OTs in P5 (Armand Membou and Kelvin Banks) are shorter than 6'5. There's other examples too like Rashawn Slater, Pete Skoronksi, and Isaiah Wynn.
And almost forgot, but Bahktiari is 6'4.
