I would bet on him staying at guard, but 2 of the best OTs in P5 (Armand Membou and Kelvin Banks) are shorter than 6'5. There's other examples too like Rashawn Slater, Pete Skoronksi, and Isaiah Wynn.
And almost forgot, but Bahktiari is 6'4.

That tape is brutal, no doubt. It actually looks like teams line up to try to avoid him, which I’ve never seen with an OL. lol. I think I saw him full on mug a guy who was being blocked by the OT.
Put this kid next to Seaton and run off the left side all game.

It's so tough for freshmen offensive linemen to come in and play early, but he and Carde Smith may be exceptions. Ideally they could both redshirt or play spot duty their frist year. If they're playing a lot, it's probably because the tranfsers aren't working out particularly well.
