CU’s NIL efforts are back to being a joke, which is really hurting recruiting. The worst thing that happened was to dissolve the 5430 Foundation and move it in-house. The fund raising is now being done within the AD by Leon Jackson, a serious lightweight, and his crew instead of a group of very successful donors calling their friends.

Even Prime will struggle to overcome this issue. I wish both he and Boyle would make a meaningful donation to the NIL efforts and heavily advertise it to donors, but neither will.

It sure doesn’t help that we have essentially punted on a full cycle of recruiting with Prime not even able to meet recruits in-person in Boulder.
