Let me ask around my neighborhood, quite a few alums that don't have season tix. DM me the seat locations and I'll post on a text thread, see if anyone is interested.
I sold one game through it last season. It was simple and they sold quickly.
I have done it several times. Especially parents weekend. I set my price somewhere between what I want and less than the surrounding seats are. Makes them sell faster. Process is super simple if you use the function built into buffs mobile or your ticket account. Helps if you already have a seat geek account set up.
Same here, I use Seet Geek for tickets that I don't sell to friends or my sons don't use and the process is very simple. And I also use similar pricing as this, which is more than what the approximate face value is but usually not as much as some of the others in my section.
One other thing, I have had better luck when allowing people buy just 1 of my tickets. Surprisingly there's a number of people who are looking to buy a single ticket.
I sold a bunch on stub hub last year. also have bought many there as well. Never an issue
