Why the Musburger hate? He provides so much entertainment such as:

1. The Brent Musburger drinking game.
2. The which team did Brent Musburger bet on game. The man is a complete degen and makes at least 5 reference's to his game's spread and over/under every game.

Musbergers Berkely hippy rant was a classic, though. I have no issues with Brent.
 
He's just ****ing annoying to listen to. His "TOUCHDOWN" When the play os not even halfway over gets to me, and lots of other things.

mooseboogers is one of the worst, for sure

bob griese is almost as bad, doing the iowa wisconsin game today. w/o fail, if a play is successful "i really liked that play call" if not "i really didn't like that play call" it's pathetic, really
 
Musberger does the best job of anyone when it comes to selling the game he's doing as a BIG GAME. And I'm not sure there's a better play by play guy out there for college football.

I've always thought that Ron Franklin does a good job.

This is purely damning for the rest of the announcers, not complimentary to mooseboogers.

I like Franklin, too. But some of it may just be that we're so used to him since he always gets the Big 12 games.

Anyway, I miss Keith Jackson. Even the last few years when he couldn't remember the players and was having other "senior moments" that Dan Fouts had to cover for... he was still the class of college football play-by-play.
 
I can't listen to Moosburger's fawning over Colt. His romantic propositions from the booth make my skin crawl.

So, let him go home to his lovely family. I just don't want to have to listen to him, which is why I often have the radio on during games.

Ummm, no. Firstly, he retired, so that at best is WAS. Secondly, he was only the heir to Lindsay Nelson, so he really WASN'T. You kids are probably to young to know him, but Nelson defined Saturday football.
