Alamo Bowl - Colorado vs. BYU—Dec 28— 5:30 PM—ABC

BYU worked really really hard on this game
Watched tape on every single weakness and exploited it
We on the other hand, made videos

Hats off to them, this better be on our minds in Boulder next year, and someone needs to clean #16's clock for that bad dance effort

coaching is a key in this game, I think. More so than a regular season game.

The teams have had a a ton of time to review games tapes, run statistics, talk to other coaches, develop schemes, etc.

CU has some vulnerabilities: lack of a consistent run game and problems controlling the pass rush, when the run game isn't working, being the main ones. I don't know byu.

We will be trying to shore up those weak areas; byu to exploit them. Most games you have 4 or 5 days to prepare, this one it's weeks (at least for the coaches).

Also think we will see more trick plays, maybe a new formation or two

(In the end, it may again come down to TH and SS)

Go Buffs!
We were flat out-coached.

Bill Walsh used to show his 49ers teams boxing highlights to emphasize how beating the other guy to the punch is everything.

In our losses and bad halves this season, it's been that the other team was the aggressor and consistently beat CU to the punch.

Tonight was a great example of it. You have to be the aggressor in sports.
