Any word on if Terrance Lang made it to campus?

One of Howell's articles recently briefly mentioned he wasn't on campus yet. Not sure if that is anything to worry about.

He had more work to do to get academically qualified. If he does, he'll join for August camp. If he doesn't he'll grayshirt and join in January after taking care of some additional coursework this fall.

If he is not here next month, just know this did not blindside the coaches. It was always iffy to get him to Boulder for the Fall, but the possibility is the reason we flipped him. Well worth the risk IMO.

He's probably more ready than most HS kids to come in physically and compete right away but if he grayshirts it just means he comes in with another year of maturity.

Would love to have him here this fall and hope there is still a chance but you are right. He is worth the risk and if it takes him an extra semester he is worth the wait.

Agree. I didn't know what was going on and wasn't sure if there was a chance he never joins the team.

Always a chance that a kid doesn't make it but M2 and staff seem to have a pretty good handle on the kids they recruit and maintain the kind of relationship that allows them to support and guide kids to success. We have seen this a couple times with HS kids as well as kids who were suspended from the team for various reasons.

If somehow Lang doesn't make it he won't be able to blame CU for it. I'm pretty confident he will be here.

There is definitely a risk that Lang ends up somewhere else. Considering his past ties to USC, you cannot discount him ending up there if it drags out to January.

Sweet he is a guy that can be very helpful on scout team while he redshirts. Not a lot of guys with his measurables.

This seems more promising than recent wordage but maybe I'm looking too much into it. Seems like we'd been hearing that the staff was, "hopeful," that he'd be here.

I thought it was a good sign that Lang tweeted out a Buff edit after being silent on social media for a couple months.

The staff flipped him because they said that if he busted his rear end they would help him achieve playing CFB in 2017.

USC told him we like you but with your uncertainty we filled your spot. Get your grades together and grayshirt. Look forward to having you in 2018.

CU knew it was about a 25% chance he made it and that hooked him. Looks like that 25% chance will pay off if Howell is in the know somehow.

Football aside, hope the staff gave him the kick in the butt he needed for school. I'd love to see him on the field as well.
