I see nothing wrong with him playing a 3 tech at about 255, 260. Muscle weighs more than fat anyway, he could get bigger than that really. Maybe not this year but he has the frame for it. Everybody grows different so who knows but I wouldn't freak out about it.
He'd have to be a rotational player at that weight and probably only on passing downs.
