I don't see MacIntyre being interested in a job like UCLA.
CU has put forth some substantial evidence the last couple years that they are serious about football. UCLA is interesting but is it really a better situation than Boulder?
I don't think he's going anywhere that isn't a legit top 10 candidate program, and then likely in the SEC.
Remember that even with last year he is still well below .500 at the P5 level. He hasn't won a P5 league title and hasn't won a bowl game at a P5 school.
The kind of schools that might be of real interest to him are not going to hire a coach with those gaps in the resume. I'm not worried at all.
Give him another couple years of success then we may need to start worrying but for him to be interesting to those schools he needs to have the kind of success here that is hard to leave behind. If we have that kind of success I also think RG will be able to find some donors to sweeten the pot and at least make staying more financially interesting as well.
