Typically yes, and his banter is making him bigger than the game at hand, but the mentions he is giving to the C-Unit and Boulder's various rankings are pretty solid and we wouldn't see that level of fun about the home team's town from another commentator.

Also his broadcast partner doesn't believe in evolution, and Bill went to a natural history museum today so the broadcast has to keep showing pictures of it. That is amazing.
