Arizona Game - Official Thread (10/7, 6 PM, Pac-12 Network)

I am very very disappointed with this game and with this season.

I thought we had really taken a step forward.

Now I don't know that we're any better than we were 2 years ago.

Remember when Cody Hawkins fumbled so many snaps that we ran a "fake snap fumble play"? Bittersweetly, it worked.

This was my point last week and almost everyone jumped all over me.

This program is not mentally tough at all. No fight from the players or coaches.

Lindsay is the ONE exception.
 
Well, Lindsey ran well. Now if we can just tackle, defend passes, not have double digit penalties, pass block and connect on deep balls we'll be fine.
 
Just thought of something important!!! None of these Defensive coaches have been in the PAC 12 before. Elliott looked good against non-PAC 12 teams. Seems they do not know what to do about the fun and gun west coast teams. It is obvious that they are not prepared for this level and style. So, that worries me more every day.
 
I'm the only one on the score prediction thread who said AZ would win ... and was called a Husker fan because of it. Every on here is just blind to how bad this team is (Lindsey excluded, of course.)

This result (and all the results to follow, maybe even next week) have been obvious since week 1.

And if anyone on here says anything like "We have the talent, we just need to ______________", I'm gonna puke. No. We don't have talent. Otherwise, we'd win. It's the same **** that so may people on here say about the basketball team. Bull****. Talented players execute. We don't. End of story.
 
You know it is bad when the PAC 12 analyst back in LA are laughing uncontrollably when they talk about CU’s defense.
 
Did Moeller **** us with his cheap shot on Dawkins? Or did it just keep Dawkins from being the guy that destroyed us?
 
I haven't been so mad that I'm shaking for a long, long time. Feels oddly right. Feels natural. One day we'll compete again.
 
Got to get healthy against OSU next week. This was so bad. Last week was also so bad.
