The Buffs were one 2nd half defensive stop from winning this game. Then all of the braggerts would have had to find some other reason to toot their own horns tonight.

Not everyone ...Come on man. The Buffs just gave up 45 points to an average Arizona team in a game that everyone marked as a win.
The negativity is annoying, but the "everything is fine" Leslie Nielsen routine is not much better.

Seattle is the real hero here, in my opinion. You didn't have as a 45-42 game, but... congrats?
thats him!Is this him?
Question, we're you talking about me? I'd agree with you if so.If last year's team had dropped 2 more games, say Stanford and Oregon, and then won a lesser bowl game without having to get abused in the Pac12 title game; how would we all be looking at the trajectory of the program?
It's way too easy to get too excited by winning 41-38 over Oregon (who turned out to be garbage) last year; and way too down by losing 45-42 to Arizona, who may end up being a pretty solid team this year.
That said, this one stings because it's a tough road to 6 wins now, and getting to a bowl should be a minimum standard.

Problem is....we never really stopped them.....it was like #14 was playing against a high school team...MM and his staff should be ashamed....The Buffs were one 2nd half defensive stop from winning this game. Welp, let's just hope tomorrow looks like today did. No curses, it'll be a hell of a day to be alive. My hope anyway. We were the lead story in college football final.
National player of the week. Ugh
MacIntyre is a very strong organizational coach. He needs to move away from assistants in that lane. Hire recruiters. He's good enough on the other stuff to coach up the coaches but he needs dudes.
He needs to improve the quality of this staff significantly. He does not have the Rolodex nor personality
He's not going anywhere for a minimum of 3 yearsI know everyone on this site loves your opinions, but you don't seem to get it - MacIntyre is a loser at this level and always has been. That was as disgraceful a coaching performance as I have ever seen at CU on defense tonight. He hired DJ Eliott, who was clueless on how to stop the QB from running wild.
Without Jim Leavitt, MacIntyre is already gone. IMO, he will be fired by CU. The only question is will it be the the easy way (after this year or next at the latest), or 4 years from now?
