Arizona State will head to Oregon on Saturday with a No. 18 ranking in the AP poll and a No. 20 perch in the coaches poll.
Oregon is No. 9 in both polls.
Stanford is No. 7 in the AP poll and fell from No. 4 to No. 5 in the coaches poll, despite beating Colorado 48-7. Wisconsin eclipsed Stanford by beating, well, nobody. The Badgers were off.
Washington is second among the "others receiving votes" in both polls, the equivalent of 27th. USC, which is ineligible for the coaches poll due to NCAA sanctions, is the equivalent of 31st in the AP poll.
The AP has LSU No. 1, Alabama No. 2 and Oklahoma No. 3. The coaches have Oklahoma No. 1, LSU No. 2 and Alabama No. 3.
