ASU having a Nike extreme makeover?

Just watched the unveiling of the ASU gear. Got a new font and a new pitchfork all the stuff is pretty cool, and definitely not as ridiculous as oregon. The black looks cool with their colors, I approve.

Meh still wish they hadn't gone with adding the black, really wanted that color associated with Buffs in the new conference. I'm sure the black out game will become a staple for them considering how often they play at night.

That black jersey doesn't belong in the line up. How much does it stand out? This much.

looks like black will be their "special" color. Glad we will be the only ones wearing black for the most part.

Nike actually looks like they did a good job here, makes you wonder what happened to WSU hahaha
 
Uhh I think it's ridiculous teams add black to make their s*** jerseys look better (ASU, Oregon). That logo is terrible tho

its better than the cheesy devil porn star that used to be there before hahaha. Kids like black uni's the schools are doing it to help with the recruiting, and students love black out games. Its a win win for the AD's. Makes sense even if it is stupid.

The trident needs to be tilted IMO. The away jersey is my favorite though followed by the home one.

Wonder what Nike would do with CU jerseys. Maybe a silver "special" jersey?

I would be ok with a silver jersey if and only if the numbers are not gold. Gold an silver do not mix on a jersey. Only way to incorporate the other colors so they can be seen is with black outlines. So do the stripes on the sleeves with black outlines, white numbers with black outlines, black pants, maybe black helmets with the color logo (Black, gold, white) would be sweet.

Would be cool if its done right.
