it's amazing how baylor was able to minimize the publcity regarding the BB murder a few years back.
Not on the same level, but a story that makes you wonder how even-handed justice is in Waco. IMO, these guys had to be drunk (2 guys don't passout from MJ smoking at the same time), but even if not, they absolutely should have been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs - a standard charge in every state now. Being passed out in a running car is enough - no one had to see the car moving. Also, if there were "other bags" of MJ, the usual charge would have been possession with intent to distribute. Most people don't by seperate baggies for their own use.
