Bobby Petrino

Regardless of whether or not this is a bad idea (and it clearly is), it doesn't matter because CU would never have any interest in someone with his baggage.

As a person who knows basically knows jack **** about the coaching search, this is ****ing dumb and you should be banned for a week for even suggesting it.

Carry on.

And CU would actually be a part of a large group in this instance.

Yep. When Arkansas cans him after an 11 win season over the affair and motorcycle accident scandal instead of letting it blow over, you know that he hadn't made many allies within the school or booster organization. He's pretty toxic.

i'd rather keep mm than have petrino here.

aim higher.

we do things the p12 way, not the dirtbag win at all costs with shady ass people and ****ty academics way.

we can get ourselves a legit real-deal superstar coach and it doesn't have to someone with slime all over them.

Not sure anybody is advocating to hire Petrino. I think some are impressed by Ville’s bias for action and urgency.

A once great coach who has burned too many bridges and is likely nearing the end of his career.

No thanks. Too many red flags.

Well, it was the reason for the thread... but yeah, thankfully not even an option for CU.
