Break the monotony / poll

Been curious for a while of fans thoughts of best QB in CU history ? My vote is Bobby Pesavento would have loved to see what he really could have done with more PT and true starts. We have really been struggling at this position for some time now

When Buffup finally broke the seal, he really went for it!

just looking for something positive-so tired of all the gloom! fond memories work wonders on the soul and save sanity!

This is my opinion.... but I don't think Pesavento cracks the top 5. I liked Bobby and thought he was a very successful game manager, but he does not rise to the level of CU great quarterbacks.

Hagan
Stewart
Detmer

are the top 3 and then there are several that can be #4.

Pesavento did a good job in 01, but he wouldn't even make the top 10 QB's in CU history.

He had a lot of talent around him and a great line. Most of CU's offense that season was running anyway, so Bobby didn't really have to do much.

Darian Hagan has got to be the best ever. Koy Detmer Ken Johnson and Bobby Anderson were good too.

Kordell could have easily snatched the top of the list had he beaten Nebraska. He choked in those games. Kordell was a very good, athletic and underatted QB though. Best arm we've ever had, and best all around QB (throwing and running). Hagan edges him in big game performance however.

i am thinking we need a different poll...

how about this:

best uw coach at cheating?

clearly, don james beats out skippy. james won with the recruits he cheated to obtain. skippy was just inept.

discuss.

Hagan

Stewart

Detmer

Hagan was the best runner and option man, Detmer by far the best passer. Stewart was decent at both.

Moschetti is a favorite of mine also...
