Big thing with the Bay Area trip was those are two of the best teams in the Pac 12. Both USC and UCLA are not good teams and are winnable.

This reasoning is exactly why I give only a 62% chance of sweeping both Cal and Furd at the keg.

I said 18. I'm thinking we split Cal/Stanford at home, beat OSU, and I'm calling whOregon a toss up. And yes, I'm being a pessimist. It's less painful that way...

On the road I'm thinking wins over U$C, ASU and Utah, but losses to whOregon, Zona, UCLA and maybe OSU. I'm not going to have much faith in beating a non-terrible team on the road until I see it happen...

CU's RPI jumped up to #61 with yesterday's win. Also, our Strength of Schedule is strong at #33 in the nation. We're missing quality wins, though, and there's not much opportunity to get them in the Pac-12 this year.

Which makes the road games all that more important. Also, the committee's tend to look at the last XX games (usually 10) -- that could include up to 3/4 conference tourney games, plus the following:

2/9 @ Arizona
2/11 @ ASU
2/18 @ Utah
2/23 vs Stanford
2/26 vs Cal
3/1 @ Oregon
3/3 @ Oregon State

It will be tough to do, but the team needs to finish strong.
