Clemson vs FSU

What do you think?

I think this could be a pretty good game. Interested in seeing Spiller play.

I find ACC football to be very boring sometimes, but since I am addicted to football, I will be finishing off the weekend strong and will be watching.

Yea, this Davis/Spiller combo is something to watch, I remember that Ga Tech game last year and they guys were dynamite, but Clemson is breaking in a new QB. The story with FSU is all these top-notch assistants Bowden brought in so we'll see if that translates into on-field success. They also need a good year out of Weatherford. It's supposed to be a bit of a down year for Clemson, but the fact that it's at Clemson kind of equals things out so I'm expecting this one to be pretty good. Just hope I can stay up that late!:smile2:

A loss by FSU might be a good thing. Gives our kids confidence, and FSU should beat the **** out of UAB next week.

Wow, the Clemson TE who caught the TD is from Farmington.

weird

Is he a former Roughneck?

I laughed when I heard them say the kid was from Farmington, given our discussion in chat the other night...

So far this game is making me quite a bit more confident about the FSU game and extremely happy that we aren't playing Clemson any time soon... :wow:

I think the Roughnecks consist of those who couldn't get into college or have nothing to do once they are out.

Oh, I must have misunderstood. I thought you had said that was the nickname of one of the teams around there.

It is. But I don't know where the players come from. It isn't school related at all, but it is what we got around here.

Oh, like a semi-pro team. There is one of those here as well, I think. I'm with you now...

To get back to the topic (because I HATE to threadjack :smile2:), Florida State looks like ASS... :moon:

if fsu is tired at clemson, i wonder how they will react to altitude?

damn...this team definitely looks beatable!
