God damn I love this social media stuff.

I love how the Champions Center was built and designed. But I'm a 35 year old man. I think it is great that Prime is making it a little less stuffy, and more appealing to students and recruits

Fun perspective. in 2021, CU averaged 366k viewers per game. 4.3 million views over the entire season for the football program. Let's make it 5 million with social media engagement etc.

Prime has several youtube channels that follow him around, but Sanders Jr's channel, Well Off Media, is the most followed. 201k subscribers, videos every other day or so.

His opening speech to the team alone got 4.1 million views. His basketball team visit video got 720k views. His first recruiting weekend video got 765k. His meeting with the ****ing kickers got 800k (I guess we should have seen the kicker meltdown coming). His call with Kordell got nearly 500k. And those videos do not exhaust the high numbers. I just stopped because the point is made. Even if you take out the videos about his christmas, it is a LOT of eyeballs, every week.

The viewership average has dropped some since the initial rush of attention, but he is still averaging well over 100k per video. Every. Other. Day. This does not count his instagram etc. posts.

He's been hired for a month, been in Colorado itself for maybe 10 days, has played zero games, and has brought far more eyeballs to the team in that time than it got for an ENTIRE ****ING SEASON WITH ACTUAL GAMES.

Game changing.

Just wait until the hype picks back up during spring practices leading up to the spring game.

a big splash on the second signing day would be huge too. He went with a quieter approach on signing day 1 by deciding to dribble out the commit videos over the Xmas break (and, to be fair, losing out on the high level 23 recruits he swung for on that last weekend). That transferred a lot of energy to the recruits. Travis Hunter's commitment video got nearly 700k for instance.

But now the team's recruiting is well positioned to jump into elite ranks. 23 combined, 2 transfer, and 43 prep class rankings. already with 35 commits, which I think is most in the nation.

15-25 more additions would not shock

That stereo in his office looks sick.

At least the coordinators could do with a slightly bigger and nicer office tho. That's essentially a hole in the wall with a desk.

I'd make them earn that quote.

But generally speaking I think nothing is sacrosanct for me except for black and gold as the colours and Ralphie. This program needs change and to break with some traditions.
He saw it and left it because the bald guy said it was foundational (or something like that). But, it isn’t necessarily there forever….

And he hasn't won a game for CU yet. CU is sure winning the "media hype" though.
