College Football News, Rumor & Humor

Still don’t get it. USC crosses the street and bumps into 4 five star players. USC’s problem is not a lack of talent. It’s coaching. IMO. They have an embarrassment of riches that every program should envy. And you think Franklin is the fit?

I should probably **** my mouth here because I really don’t have a better option to put forth but, I don’t see Franklin as a fit. Time will tell.

Actually, I took a few minutes to think about this.... Mel Tucker would smash at USC.

A lot of coaches can recruit well at USC, but very few can recruit at the level of Bama, Clemson, Ohio State, etc. That is the bar for whomever replaces Helton.

Talent was never really a big issue for Georgia under Mark Richt, but Kirby Smart has elevated the recruiting there dramatically.

No. That's a crappy thing to do. Not having ac in cramped quarters in 100 degree temps is downright inhumane.
I like what Iowa does instead.

I completely disagree. The visitor section, including the band, should be in the ****tiest seats in the stadium.

Basic stuff like HVAC, hot water, and medical facilities should be a necessity in any visitor locker room. If the seating is ****ty, the room dimly lit, hooks instead of real lockers, so be it. But not having A/C in that environment is dangerous bull****.

I’d put them in the upper section in the South end zone. It’s up high, behind the band and not around the opposing team’s bench. Would almost eliminate any affect their fans could have on the game.
Ya, and they could spread the fans out some over there.

Still that northern most section is horrible in the current configuration. Visiting fans can have it...

No Pedo State per Malcolm Gladwell?

So-called scandal... dude.

No Pedo State per Malcolm Gladwell?

It’s basically an article that demonstrates Malcom Gladwell agrees with the author to varying degrees on a few items related to the case. No evidence is ever submitted to make his case.

Fair enough.

Agreed, I am only referring to the band and visiting fans.

Why do geo ties matter anymore at national recruiting schools. He has ego, personality, recruiting chops and resume to coach ay USC. Many, many factors more important than geo ties in my opinion. .

Sure, but he's already at Penn State. It may be just a smidge lower than USC in recruiting prestige, and it's not a fixer-upper. Penn State's been competing for BIG championships right?

He’s got a great gig. They are gonna be tough next year. He would fit at USC, especially if they offer 75M
